We chose Spark Archives for its capacity to propose an ongoing process that enables a step by step approach to merge our old archiving system in a brand new one, covering all our functional needs as well as technical requirements given by Total Group Information System Unit.
We first chose to use the platform to manage our physical records and implement the group’s type of documents and records policy, preservation rules, centralized repositories and access rights. Afterwards, we extended the initial scope, in order to manage the electronic and digitized records of the Group.
Nowadays, we have a proven high level solution for managing records and archives lifecycle, be it analog, digital or digitized file format, in compliance with the Group’s data governance, and requirements from its entities.
